I have seen this city grow from a small city tucked away in the Pacific Northwest into a thriving metropolis. This city is dear to my heart and I love watching it grow. I look forward to working and living here for years to come. I have also had the luxury to work in the Portland real estate industry for the past decade and have seen many different marketplaces. This is a very exciting time in the Portland real estate market. By living in the Portland area and working over a decade in the real estate market I have learned that Portland is a very unique city and that each suburb, neighborhood, and micro-market holds its own culture, distinctness, and value. This is what I love about Portland and also takes years to understand. I pride myself on working closely with your goals and what is important to you. Over the years I have formulated a plan that keeps you in charge of the process while having a local expert help you identify a new home and/or sell your existing home, negotiate terms, understand the process, and bring transactions to a close as easily and seamlessly as possible.
